When my parents moved back from Holland they lived with Natalies parents for a little while. One day Andrew asked Natalies mum (Joyce) if the cats were hungry and needed feeding. She said they were fine but he kept saying how sad and hungry they looked. Eventually Joyce gave in and said she’d get then some food. She opened the fridge to find a fake mouse peering out of the top of the tin of cat food. She was petrified of mice so she shot back and Andrew was laughing his head off.
